F.A.Q
Question: Is my Vehicle Insured? How is it insured?
Answer: Yes your vehicle is insured. Because our employees DO NOT use their own personal vehicle and they drive company vehicles. If one of our drivers damages or gets into a accident deemed their fault. Our company insurance takes over, instead of the typical "customers letting someone drive their vehicle scenario". How this works is, once a Employee of Dedicated Designated Drivers operates your vehicle, your vehicle is now under their care and the insurance of Dedicated Designated Drivers.
Question: How is my vehicle insured when people say Dual Insurance Is Illegal.
Answer: Dual insurance is illegal. But because our employees are driving company cars they are insured under a company insurance policy, not a personal insurance policy.
This policy covers them driving your vehicle because it is for the purpose of the company. Dedicated Designated Drivers has chosen to take this route for the sole purpose of putting customers at ease albeit a bit costlier for the company.
Question: So in the event of a accident what happens?
Answer: In the event of a accident, if its obvious that our driver is not at fault. It will be the offending driver and the customers insurance that will be exchanged. If the accident is caused by our employee it will be our company insurance and the other drivers insurance that will be exchanged, also the customers vehicle insurance information will be taken for Dedicated Designated Drivers. And our policy will repair both the customers vehicle and the other party.
